About Coach Gardinera
As the current Cal-Hi California Coach of the Year and founder of Program Builders, Coach Gardinera is a transformational head coach motivated by his two sons, surviving a terminal diagnosis, and death. Driven to help student-athletes achieve, Coach G has created a culture of excellence on and off the field in what was a perpetual underperforming football program.
His program is now a thriving model of success on the field, earning its first California state championships in 2021, the only public school to win a premier division. In the classroom, using #SCHOOLFIRST, his team's GPA is 3.74.
